Submission Guidelines for Extended Abstracts
• Participants need to submit an extended abstract of their work not exceeding 1000 words (excluding references).

-> Early Research Papers (ERP) must have clear research question(s), hypotheses, and methodology used and details on data collection. Papers with some preliminary results are preferred but not necessary. |
| -> Advanced research papers (ARP) must have research question(s), hypotheses, research methodology, details on data collection, as well as results of data analysis. (e.g., dissertation work nearing completion). Papers from early stage researchers who have graduated with their Ph.D. no earlier than 2010 are also encouraged |

• Areas for submission include
Agriculture Management (AM), Business Policy (BP), Computer and Information Systems (CIS), Economics (ECO), Finance and Accounting (F&A), Marketing (MKT), Organization Behavior (OB), Personnel and Industrial Relations (P&IR), Production and Quantitative Methods (P&QM), Public Policy & Public Systems (PSG) and Other areas (OTHER).
• Submissions in Microsoft word document format should be mailed with the following subject line <ERP>_<AREA>_<FIRST NAME-LAST NAME> for early research papers and <ARP>_<AREA>_<FIRST NAME-LAST NAME> for advanced research papers to iimdc@iimahd.ernet.in latest by 30th September, 2011.
For example, subject line for a submission in Early Research Paper Category in Agriculture Management area by Geeta Shah will be ERP_AM_Geeta-Shah
