Registration Detail

Registration Guidelines for Conference :

• Shortlisted participants will be notified through email by 31^st October, 2011.

• Registration period for conference shall be from 1^st November, 2011 to 30^th November 2011.

-> Participants are required to submit their full paper (ERP/ARP, as the case may be) as a part of the registration.

• The participation fee for candidates selected to present in Doctoral Colloquium 2012 :

Participants from India	INR 2500
Participants from Outside India	USD 100

Note: Spouse Registration can be availed at INR 2000 (or $80)

For people interested in attending (not selected for presentation) in Doctoral Colloquium :

Participants from India	INR 4000
Participants from Outside India	USD 150

Registration Guidelines for Workshop :

• Registration for pre-conference workshop shall be available between on 1st October and 30th October, 2011.

-> Target audience – Doctoral students / M. Phil students / Post Doctoral Researchers / Full time faculty members with at least a post graduate degree.

-> Registration for workshops is limited and will be accepted in a first-come, first-served basis.

• The fee for the workshop in Doctoral Colloquium 2012 :

Participants from India	INR 750/per workshop and INR 1800 for 3 work shops
Participants from Outside India	USD 40/ per workshop and USD 100 for 3 work shops

Important :

1.	Accommodation shall be provided only to participants selected for presenting their work at the Doctoral Colloquium.
2.	There is no refund policy, once the participant registers for the event (workshops as well as doctoral colloquium).
3.	On selection/participation in the main event, the participants will have to present necessary documents confirming their affiliation with colleges / universities, in which they are pursuing their research to confirm their registration.
